Sponsor a Hall
Import and sponsor: One Pro LeagueMinder creates the shared archive from an existing league connection. The Hall is built from the league's completed seasons, using final scores, lineups and results as they finished.
- Connect the league first. The Hall starts from a league connection (see League Connections 101). With none connected, the Hall sends you to My Team.
- One importer, one Pro account. The sponsor needs Pro. Nobody else does.
- What the Hall holds. Multi-season completed-history archive; Championships and evidence-backed awards; Record Book with source receipts; Head-to-head rivalries and meeting logs; and more below.
Your league has 8 completed seasons and one member on Pro. They open the Hall, choose the connected league under Induct your league and press Build the Hall. The eight seasons are imported. The season still in progress is left out until it closes.
The short version: one Pro member imports a connected league's completed seasons and sponsors the Hall.
Next: Invite the league →Invite the league
Invite the league: The LeagueMinder or a provider-confirmed commissioner sends private invitations.
- Two kinds of invitation. One invites the remaining league. The other invites one manager and is tied to one unclaimed historical identity.
- You set the expiry. Choose 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. The link is private and can be copied, shared or revoked from the invitation ledger.
- Members join free. They can join more than one Hall, and joining a Hall never uses a fantasy connection.
The LeagueMinder picks Invite the remaining league, leaves the expiry at the 7 day default and copies the private link into the group chat. Each friend opens it, joins on a free account and can browse the Hall straight away.
The short version: the LeagueMinder or a confirmed commissioner sends private invitations, and members join free.
Next: Explore together →Explore together
Explore together: While one active member sponsors the Hall with Pro, invited members join free and browse the same verified release, even before claiming a manager identity.
- Awards
- Championships and evidence-backed awards.
- Records
- The Record Book, with the source games behind each record.
- Rivalries
- Head-to-head series and their meeting logs.
- Timeline
- The league's eras, season by season.
- Managers
- Each manager's career in the league.
The Hall also has a Members page for claims and invitations, a commissioner Vault, searchable historical stories, and CSV or JSON exports and controlled sharing. A Hall is private to its members: a single moment goes public only when a member shares it.
A manager joins without claiming an identity, opens Rivalries and reads the meeting log against a league rival across 6 matchups. Choosing which historical manager is theirs can wait; it is reviewed separately and doesn't delay access.
The short version: members read the same verified Hall on a free account, even before claiming a manager.
Next: The Record Book →The Record Book
The Record Book keeps league records as a book you turn through by chapter, plus an Every league record ledger beneath it. Each record shows its value, who holds it and the games it came from, so a result can be checked against the box score instead of memory. The season-phase control filters the view to the regular season, the postseason, or both.
A record reads 187.4 points in a week, held by a made-up manager in 2021. Under it the Hall lists how many source games stand behind it, and View source game opens the box score for that week.
The short version: every record names the games behind it, with a link to the source game.
Next: If sponsorship lapses →If sponsorship lapses
The verified archive stays preserved. Hall statistics are hidden until sponsorship is restored, and any active league member with Pro can restore access for everyone. Sponsoring does not grant Vault authority or change the LeagueMinder.
A LeagueMinder who wants someone else to take over can send an ownership transfer by email. Ownership changes only after the recipient accepts with Pro.
The sponsor's Pro ends. Members open the Hall and see that sponsorship is required, with its statistics hidden. Another member on Pro presses Restore with Pro, and the same Hall comes back for everyone. No second archive is created.
The short version: the archive is kept; statistics return when any active member with Pro restores sponsorship.
