Terms of Service

LeagueMind is operated by Varto OS LLC, an Illinois limited liability company. In these terms, "LeagueMind," "we" and "us" mean Varto OS LLC. You can reach us at support@leaguemind.com.

What LeagueMind is (and isn't)

LeagueMind is a sports statistics, fantasy and analysis service. We are not a sportsbook or gambling operator. We do not take money for wagers, place or accept bets, hold funds, or pay winnings, and we are not paid based on whether you bet or how much. Sportsbook odds appear only as market data. Links to a sportsbook are a convenience for users of legal betting age; what happens there is between you and that sportsbook under its terms. Picks, edges, probabilities, trust scores, “LM thinks” estimates and AI chat responses are information and analysis, not financial, legal, betting or investment advice, and never a promise of any outcome. Decisions you make, including any wagers you place with third-party sportsbooks, are yours.

Probabilities, projections and “LM thinks”

LeagueMind shows estimates such as hit rates, implied probabilities from sportsbook lines, and “LM thinks” percentages. They are produced automatically from historical statistics, third-party odds and injury reports, using statistical models and automated systems, and they can be wrong, out of date or incomplete. LeagueMind uses the preferences you set and the league data you connect (for example your favorite teams, risk settings and rosters) to choose and order what you see, but its estimates are general analysis, not individualized professional advice: they don't take account of your finances or personal circumstances and are not a recommendation to place any wager. Using LeagueMind creates no advisory or fiduciary relationship. Past results do not predict future results, and player availability can change at any time.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher (for example 19 in Alabama and Nebraska), to use LeagueMind. Two features are only available to users who are at least 21, or the legal sports-wagering age where they are if that is higher: sending a slip to a sportsbook and importing history from a sportsbook. Sports betting is not legal everywhere; you are responsible for knowing and following the laws where you live. Nothing on LeagueMind is an inducement to bet unlawfully.

Your account

Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. One account per person. We may suspend accounts for abuse, fraud, scraping, reverse engineering, resale of our data or analysis, or violation of these terms.

Subscriptions & billing

LeagueMind Pro is sold on the web through Stripe as a monthly or an annual plan. The price and billing interval are shown before you check out. Pro renews automatically and charges your payment method $9.99 every month (monthly plan) or $79.99 every year (annual plan), plus any tax, until you cancel. Cancel anytime online from Account → Billing → Manage billing; you keep Pro until the end of the period you’ve paid for. There is no free trial. Canceling stops the next renewal; it does not refund the current period. Except where required by law, subscription payments are non-refundable. If we change the price or the plan's features, we will tell you before your next renewal, and the new price applies only from a renewal after that notice; you can cancel before it applies.

If you subscribe in the LeagueMind iOS app, Apple bills the subscription, and you manage or cancel it in your Apple account settings under Apple's terms; refunds for those purchases are handled by Apple. Shop purchases are covered separately below.

Shop orders

The LeagueMind Shop is run by Varto OS LLC. Merchandise is made to order by our production partner after you check out. We currently ship only to addresses in the United States. Prices are in US dollars. Shipping charges and any free-shipping threshold are shown in the Shop and at checkout, and sales tax is added at checkout where it applies. Stripe takes payment when you place the order, and the order is accepted once that payment is confirmed. We may cancel an order and refund it in full if an item can't be made or shipped, if a price or listing was clearly wrong, or if we suspect fraud.

Shipping times and delays

An order usually ships within 3–10 business days of payment; delivery then takes the carrier's transit time on top of that. If your order hasn't shipped as that window is about to close, we'll email you a revised ship date and you can choose to cancel for a full refund or keep waiting. If it still hasn't shipped by the revised date, we'll email you again with a new date and ask whether you still want it; unless you tell us to keep waiting, we'll cancel the order and refund it in full.

Canceling or changing an order

To cancel an order or change its shipping address, email support@leaguemind.com with your order number (it starts with LM-), or use "Ask to cancel" on your order page. We can cancel or change an order only until our production partner starts making it. Orders go to production right after payment and production can start within hours, so please write to us as soon as you can. A canceled order is refunded in full.

Problems with an order

Because every item is made for you, we don't accept returns or exchanges for size or change of mind. If something goes wrong, email support@leaguemind.com with your order number, and we'll send a replacement or, if a replacement isn't available or you're entitled to one, a refund:

• Wrong, damaged, defective or misprinted item, or an item missing from the package: tell us within 30 days of delivery, with a photo where you can.
• Lost package (tracking shows no delivery, or it never arrived): tell us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
• Address entered incorrectly at checkout: tell us as soon as you notice. We'll correct it free if production hasn't started. After that we can't redirect the package. If it's returned to us as undeliverable, we'll email you: once you confirm a correct address we can reship it, and you pay the new shipping charge; or, if you prefer, we'll refund the items, less the original shipping charge.

Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe. Your bank usually shows them within 5–10 business days. These remedies are in addition to any warranty or other rights you have under the law where you live, which these terms do not limit or exclude.

Usage limits

Ask LeagueMind answers one preview question without an account, up to 5 questions a day on a free account and up to 50 a day on Pro. A day is a calendar day in Central Time (America/Chicago). We may change these limits, and will post the change on this page.

Accuracy & availability

Odds, lines, scores, statistics, and availability data come from third-party sources and can be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. Always confirm the current price and terms at the sportsbook before placing any bet. To the extent the law allows, LeagueMind's analysis features and software (the website, apps, estimates, AI chat and data) are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, and we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. This paragraph does not apply to Shop merchandise, which is covered by the Shop section above and by the warranties the law gives you.

Intellectual property

LeagueMind's software, design, analysis, and content are ours or our licensors'. We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the service. Team and league names and marks belong to their owners; their use here is informational and implies no affiliation or endorsement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Varto OS LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for gambling losses of any kind. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or rights you have under consumer protection laws that apply to you.

Changes & contact
