What LeagueMind is (and isn't)

LeagueMind provides sports analytics, odds comparison, and educational information. We are not a sportsbook. We do not accept, place, or facilitate wagers, hold gambling funds, or pay out winnings. Everything on LeagueMind — picks, edges, probabilities, trust scores, AI chat responses — is information and analysis, not financial, legal, or investment advice, and never a promise of any outcome. Betting involves risk; you can lose money. Decisions you make, including any wagers you place with third-party sportsbooks, are yours alone.

Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old (or the legal sports-wagering age in your jurisdiction, if higher) and legally able to enter this agreement. Sports betting is not legal everywhere; you are responsible for knowing and following the laws where you live. Nothing on LeagueMind is an inducement to bet unlawfully.

Your account

Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. One account per person. We may suspend accounts for abuse, fraud, scraping, reverse engineering, resale of our data or analysis, or violation of these terms.

Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans bill through Stripe on a recurring basis until canceled. You can cancel anytime from your billing portal; access continues through the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Prices and plan features may change with notice before your next renewal.

Accuracy & availability

Odds, lines, scores, statistics, and availability data come from third-party sources and can be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. Always confirm the current price and terms at the sportsbook before placing any bet. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind; we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Intellectual property

LeagueMind's software, design, analysis, and content are ours or our licensors'. We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the service. Team and league names and marks belong to their owners; their use here is informational and implies no affiliation or endorsement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeagueMind and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for gambling losses of any kind. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Responsible gambling
