Privacy Policy

LeagueMind ("we," "us") provides sports analytics and information. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect what we need to run your account and improve the product, we don't sell your personal information, and you can delete your account and data at any time.

What we collect

Account information. Email address, display name, and — if you sign in with Google — the basic profile information Google shares (name, email). We never see your Google password.

Product activity. Preferences you set (favorite sports, teams, risk settings), bet slips you submit for analysis, chat conversations with our AI assistant, and feature usage. Chat and slip content is processed by our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate responses and is not used by them to train models under our agreement.

Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never store your card number — we keep only your subscription status, plan, and Stripe customer reference.

Technical data. IP address, device and browser information, and usage analytics used for security, debugging, and product improvement.

How we use it

To operate your account and subscription; to personalize the product (your sports, your preferences); to grade and display analytics; to provide and improve the AI assistant; to support responsible-gambling features like self-set limits; to secure the service; and to comply with law. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with sportsbooks or advertisers.

Who processes it

We use service providers to run LeagueMind: Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payments), Vercel and Railway (hosting), and Anthropic (AI processing). Each processes data only to provide their service to us. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the service and its users.

Retention & deletion

Account data is kept while your account is active. You can delete your account from Settings (or by emailing us), which removes your personal data within 30 days except records we must keep for legal, billing, or fraud-prevention purposes. Aggregated, de-identified analytics may be retained.

Your choices

You can access and update your information in Settings, export your data by request, opt out of non-essential emails via the unsubscribe link, and set or remove self-limits at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights (access, correction, deletion, portability) — contact us to exercise them.

Age

LeagueMind is for adults. You must be at least 21 (or the legal sports-betting age in your jurisdiction, if higher) to use the service. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
