SMS Terms

The program

LeagueMind league reminders are text messages LeagueMind sends to members of private fantasy football leagues who have opted in. They are reminders about your own league's weekly pick game. They are not marketing or promotional messages. LeagueMind is operated by VARTO OS LLC.

What we send

• Pick turns — it is your turn to choose this week's pick.
• Deadline reminders — your pick is still open before the weekly deadline.
• Contribution notices — what you owe your league this week, and when the league's ticket is ready.

Every message names your league and links only to leaguemind.com. Messages are one-to-one; we do not send group texts.

How often

Up to about 6 messages per week during the season. Message frequency varies with your league's schedule, and there are no messages outside the season.

Cost

LeagueMind does not charge for these messages. Msg & data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.

How you opt in

Sign in on leaguemind.com, open your league, enter your mobile number and check the box that is unchecked by default. We then text you to confirm; messages begin only after you confirm. Opting in is never a condition of using LeagueMind or joining a league.

Opt out and help

Reply STOP to any message to opt out (STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END and QUIT all work). You will get one confirmation and no further messages from any league. Reply START to resubscribe. You can also turn texts off from your league page.

Sender

Messages come from the LeagueMind toll-free number +1 (877) 646-3118. US mobile numbers only. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Your mobile number and consent are used only to send the messages described here. They are never sold, and never shared with third parties for their marketing. See the SMS section of our Privacy Policy.
